You could simply relax and enjoy being pampered, learn how your body works or try exercise classes.

Are you tired, stressed, aching and lacking in sleep and relaxation?? Aromatherapy might just be what you need. A quiet, calmly lit room filled with relaxing music and at least an hour where no one can interrupt or ask anything of you except to turn as you are treated to a warming massage using oils especially blended for you to enhance the effect. We guarantee you will find peace in that hour.
Ask about 'hot stones' if you really want to lose yourself ideally for an hour and half of unadulterated wellbeing.
