About Val

 

Val is an experienced British Wheel of Yoga Tutor who offers a combination
of traditional posture work, breathing, relaxation and eastern philosophy.
The class also incorporates Pilates toning exercises, aiming to provide a
comprehensive mental, physical and spiritual experience.  Each session is
self-contained, but there is a gentle sustained progression week by week.
Beginners are encouraged and should find the group friendly and supportive.
